Auburn began working at the hatchery as a YCC summer worker while in high school before becoming a returning volunteer in college.

 

Auburn graduated from Lindsey Wilson College with a degree in Sustainability and Environmental Studies in 2024, and is life-long resident of Russell County. In her spare time, Auburn enjoys exploring the natural world with her blue heeler pups.
