Marsha Hart has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Lindsey Wilson College. She also has a Master's Degree and Rank I in Elementary Education from Western Kentucky University.

Marsha is a retired Elementary School teacher and is enjoying the opportunity to continue educating others in the area of Environmental Education through the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.

She enjoys spending time with her family, husband Rodney Hart and daughter Baylee Hart.
