Outdoor Adventure Day

for Russell County 4th Graders

This event began over fifteen years ago in an effort to help students hone in on key science standards and principles prior to standardized testing.

Nine to ten partner stations with various STEM related topics and activities are set up; classes rotate through stations every 20 minutes. Each teacher is provided with a classroom set of goodies including posters, science journals, and other fun, educational items for each student.

This event is coordinated through the local Russell County elementary schools and is not open to the public.
